Main Arena Gameplay, aka Basic Gameplay

Characters can kick and punch while standing, crouching, or jumping, as well as block while standing or crouching.

Characters can walk, dash, crouch and jump

Some characters can use range attacks (see also Alexandre Dumas` Fireball и Ernest Hemingway`s Fireball ) and use other special abilities as well.

Health regen and KO zone inside paper sheet whirlwind


The zones at the corners of the main arena have a special purpose. In his corner, the character can restore health in the area marked with a swirl of sheets. But in the same zone, the character can be knocked out by the opponent as soon as the inner and outer circles of the target above the character's head converge. Target circles converge and diverge depending on the distance between the character and his opponent.

Another nuisance that awaits the character next to his health recovery zone is the zone in which the enemy can send the character to the opponent's magic arena (more about magic arenas: Shakespeare's Magic Arena, De Saint-Exupery`s Magic Arena, Mark Twain`s Magic Arena, "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn", Cao Xueqin`s Magic Arena, Remarque`s Magic Arena.



Retro Mode Gameplay.

Write 'n' Fight RetroMode

The gameplay of the Retro Mode is exactly the same as the Basic Gameplay. The only additional danger is the nostalgia that can come from the pixel art and 8-bit music, which can take your mind off the fight.





“x2” Mode Gameplay.


The main feature of this mode is that the characters move 2 times faster. A very, very effective training mode for esports athletes.





«KO Chess» Mode Gameplay.


The picture shows translucent squares of two colors, which alternate in a checkerboard pattern. These are the knockout zones. In the upper square, the character can be knocked out with a blow to the head, in the lower square, a blow to the lower body. This can happen not at any moment of being in the square, but only when the inner and outer circles of the target converge above the character's head. Circles converge and diverge depending on the distance between the character and the enemy. The color of the target circles is the same as the character's knockout zones.




"Prophet" Mode Gameplay.


A feature of this mode is that players enter the character's actions before the start of the round. After the start of the round, the characters execute the commands that were entered by the players before the round started.
